The 100% electric VTL-120 from Versalift is norminated for “Product of the Year – Vehicle Mounted Platforms” by International Awards for Powered Access (IAPAs). In total 130 entries from the industry across 11 categories were submitted this year, a new record for the IAPA.

Why the VTL-120 stands out?
The VTL-120 has a clean light design, strong rigid booms and the parts are strongly protected, thus low maintenance is ensured.
Total length is 5,612 mm and height 3,300 mm. The compactness is achieved by cutting a part of the cargo-room away and using the rear part of the van as rear platform. It has a driving range of 100 km with mixed driving and loaded to max. GVW (3,1 ton).
A powerful solution
Two Power-Packs are available for the VTL-120. One which can perform up to 30 cycles or another with up to 60 cycles.
Customers demand min. 10 working cycles for a normal working day and with the two options of Power-Packs the customers have flexibility to choose the right solution for a demanding job. The lift vehicle with the 60 Cycle Power-Pack can be charged within 3,5 hrs. with a 230 V socket

First-mover on 100% electric lift vehicles
Versalift was first-mover back in 2009 where the world’s first 100% electric lift vehicle was revealed. This unit was presented at the United Nation Climate Change Conference COP15 in Copenhagen. At that time, we had two different models built on Smith Newton and Movex chassis.
The market for electric vehicles were in 2009 still new and customers were reluctant to embrace eco-friendly vehicles. Thus, in the meantime Versalift shifted focus towards hybrid solutions.
