Martin Sloth, Kim Bach Jensen and Peter Nørgaard Tipsmark

To support and continue the strong growth and internationalization Versalift International is pleased to
announce 2 new appointments: Effective immediately Peter Nørgaard Tipsmark is appointed as Director of
Sales, Europe and Martin Sloth is appointed as Product Manager.

With the appointment of Peter Nørgaard Tipsmark, further focus is placed on growth in both the local and
international markets, through a strong relationship with both distributors and end customers.
To support the growth, Martin as Product Manager will ensure a strong product portfolio in both the local and
international markets.
Internationalization is part of Time Manufacturing Group’s growth strategy.

CEO, Kim B. Jensen is happy with the new setup and says, “Peter is very commercially experienced
internationally with a large customer and dealer focus while Martin is very technically experienced in lift
products. With the new setup, we can create a synergy effect, thus further accelerating our growth both locally
and internationally”.

Commenting on his new position, Martin says “It’s an exciting time at Versalift and I am looking forward to
the challenge of continuing to grow an already powerful and well proven product program. The new group
structure will provide strength through effective collaboration and bring us even closer to our business
partners.

Commenting on his new job, Peter says “VERSALIFT is on a fantastic journey with focus on both quality and
innovative solutions and I’m looking forward to be a part of the journey to make VERSALIFT footprint even
stronger on the international markets.

Martin joined Versalift international in 2005 as an engineer. In the last 15 years Martin has held positions
within both engineering & sales and latest as Director of Sales, Europe.
Peter comes with both a background in engineering and has been working with international sales of technical
products the last 15 years in various larger Danish companies.

We look forward for this cooperation and congratulate both Martin and Peter on their new roles.
