TIME Manufacturing Company

TIME Manufacturing Company (MFG), located in Waco, Texas, U.S.A., is the world’s leading producer of aerial work platforms – specializing in the production of vehicle mounted access platforms. 

Our philosophy is simple. We strive to build the most effective aerial access devices in the industry by introducing new and innovative ideas and by combining them with proven technology and long-term durability to exceed customer expectations in a heavily competitive industry. TIME MFG was founded in 1965 and is considered an industry pioneer. From 1976 to 2017, the company was owned by O’Flaherty Holdings Limited, Dublin, Ireland. In 2017, TMC saw a change in ownership as the company was aquired by the American investment group The Sterling Group.

The first ever Versalift, the Versalift V-24 is introduced in Texas.

1973

The first telescopic models, the TEL-28 and VANTEL, are introduced.

1974

Versalift is first with a telescopic platform on a 3.5 t panel van.

1974

The up-under subframe is introduced.

1977

The first Versalift is sold in Europe.

1985

The walk-in cage for easy cage access is introduced.

1986

Up-under radial outriggers are introduced.

1988

The EUROTEL series is introduced.

1990

The Walk Through System for vans is introduced.

1991

The ET series is introduced.

2002

TIME receives a patent for its hydraulic axle locking system  

2006

The VT series is launched.

2009

A 100% electrical lift vehicle is introduced.

2011

The TIME Smartbox tool cabinet system is introduced.

2013

The ET series is redesigned and rebranded as the ETL and ETM.

2015

Versalift celebrates 50 years in the industry.

2016

Milestone of #20.000 vanmounted units sold.

2016

Versalift is ready for the Euro 6 emission standard.

2016

Versalift #100,000 is sold.

2021

Versalift in Denmark reaches 1000 VTL/VDT/VTM
