Versalift Unveils Two New Aerial Lifts – The VTE and VDTE

Versalift is proud to announce the introduction of its latest family members, the VTE and VDTE, which have been specifically designed to cater to the diverse needs of professionals in various industries. These two new van mounts are characterized by their high level of quality and user-friendly features, making them an excellent choice for anyone who requires reliable and easy-to-use aerial lifts.

Exceptionally Lightweight Construction

During the design phase of the VTE and VDTE, the primary goal was to achieve an extremely light construction to make these lifts suitable for installation on 100% electric vans. Electric vans are known to have limited spare payload, which presents a significant challenge in providing customers with a lift offering optimal working height as well as ample payload capacity for materials. However, with the extreme weight optimization integrated into the lift design, the VTE and VDTE models are optimal for installation on fully electric vans. This feature ultimately enables us to offer our customers the choice of 100% electric van-mounted lifts without compromising on functionality.

User-friendly Design

The VTE and VDTE models are designed with simple and effective controls featuring LCD screens on both the upper and de-mountable lower control. Additionally, these units are designed without outriggers, which enables quick and effortless setup, yet the lifts remain stable on a 3°/5° slope. Weighing under 3.5 T, these models are compact and highly maneuverable, offering around 12 meters of working height. The VDTE, in particular, is mounted on a cut-van, which is perfect for work in urban areas where an extra-short design is necessary.

Optimal Utilization of Cargo Space

The VTE and VDTE models are designed with an innovative pedestal and subframe construction, which creates a flat floor, resulting in optimal utilization of cargo space within the van. This feature is particularly useful for professionals who need to transport a variety of tools and materials. The aerial lifts are engineered with a light-weight design that provides ample payload capacity while still being easy to maneuver and transport.
