The 2016 IAPA vehicle mounted ‘Product of the Year’, the Versalift LAT-38-135-H is now available in an updated design that will be unveiled on the TIME Versalift stand 1230 on APEX in Amsterdam Tuesday.

The unit has been redesigned and trimmed down to support the 3.2 T Euro 6 Ford Ranger pickup with no need for a GVW upgrade of the pickup while remaining well within the realm of legal driving.

Two sets of A-frame outriggers replace the existing design with flap-down outriggers in front and A-frame outriggers behind – and the emergency hydraulic controls are now located on the lift rather than on the deck resulting in a simpler kit design with a clear deck. The previous design with multiple frames for different pickups has been standardized as the unit now feature just one frame that supports both left and right hand version of multiple pickup brands using adapters.

The performance of the full hydraulic unit is similar to the previous model with a working height of 13.5 metres, an outreach of 6 metres and a cage capacity of 200 kg. The unit is also available with a 230 kg capacity with a reduced working height of 13.3 metres and an outreach of 5.7 metres.
