VTL range

Our VTL-range (Versalift Telescopic Light) is build for heights between 12-14,5 meters. The lift on a cutaway van is packed in the carved section of the van, thus achieving a compact installation length. The shaped profile ultra high strength steel booms provide improved rigidity, stiffness and performance.

It is possible to purchase a workshop interior from Sortimo. Versalift is authorized Sortimo dealer and service center via the subsidiary “Bilindretning Nordjylland”. Sortimo is a German company, who produces car interiors of high quality. These Sortimo Car Storage Systems are used daily in countless service cars around Europe. With Sortimo, you get a good and safe securement of your tools, whilst being on the road. Sortimo is flexible and can thus be adapted to your specific needs. Learn more about Sortimo here

To control the aerial work platform, there is mounted an LMC-control system (Load Moment Controls), which is mounted in the bucket, giving you full control of the lift. The LMC-panel gives variable outreach and up to 2 actions at a time (1 per joystick).

You can use the emergency lowering controls at the pedestal, which improves your overall safety whilst using the lift. Turret tailswing is within the mirrors, making sure your vehicle is compact, and that the aerial platform does not take up more space than the vehicle itself.

On selected vans, you have the option to have no outriggers, for quick setup & packing of your vehicle. The VTL-series is a light and compact vehicle, which makes it possible for you to operate the lift as well as the car, with a regular B class driving license, as the vehicle is below 3.5 tonne.

The VTL-lift series is available on the following vehicles: Renualt Master (cutaway), Ford Ranger Pickup, Opel Movano, Mercedes-Benz Sprinter, Ford Transit, Iveco Daily – all depending on which lift height you wish, and if a compact vehicle suits your needs.

VDTL range

Our VDTL-series (Versalift Dual Telescopic Light) is offered in heights between 15-17 meters and is offered on a Renault Master van (as well as the cutaway version). This vehicle can be driven with a regular B class driver’s license, because of the compact lightness of the vehicle (below 3.5 tonne).

The shaped profile ultra high strength steel booms provides you improved rigidity, stiffness and performance. The turret tailswing and outriggers is both within the mirrors of the van, which ensures that the van is compact, and thus making the lift no wider than the van itself.

It is also possible to purchase a workshop interior from Sortimo, giving you flexibility and clarity of your tools, whilst on the road. The bucket is mounted with a LMC (Load Moment Controls) system, which gives you a variable outreach and up to 2 actions at a time (1 per joystick).

The vans are designed with a safety marking (red/white), and comes with rear view camera, making the van easy to navigate in heavy traffic or narrow spaces. Thus, the lift is very useful in any given situation.

VTM range

The VTM-series uses lightweight materials from the light range, but still achieves superior stability and advanced hydraulic control system, which makes the lift more advanced than the light range. Medium range is offered with a total weight between 3.5-5 tonne.

Our VTM range (Versalift Telescopic Medium) is designed for work heights between 14,5-17 meters.  The medium range is offered on vehicles such as MAN TGL/Mercedes Atego, Mercedes-Benz Sprinter and Iveco Daily.

On a MAN TGL/Mercedes Atego, a PTO driven hydraulic pump will be mounted, and FPC (Full Proportional CANbus controls) system, giving you variable outreach (with load cell) and up to 4 actions at a time. The turret tailswing and outriggers is designed to be within the mirrors, which makes the vehicle more compact, and ensures that it does not take up more space than the car itself, to either sites of the vehicle.

In the car, you can have cabinets mounted for the chassis as well as a workshop interior, which makes it easy and manageable to bring tools on the road. This is offered through Sortimo, which is a flexible solution, which is adapted to your needs.

On a VTM, there is also a hydraulic shaft locking system, which improves your overall safety. You can also from your van gain direct access to the bucket, from the cabin, which is offered by Sortimo. This improves your safety in heavy traffic as you avoid leaving your car to gain access to the bucket.
